Kayse Cornett currently serves as the Foundation Relations and Grants Manager at Berea College. She joined the Alumni, Communications, and Philanthropy team in 2023. Kayse has six years of Development experience, four of those specifically in Grant Writing and Individual Donor Prospect Research. She is a proud member of the Berea Partners, which recognizes her monthly giving to Berea College.

Kayse works with families through their family foundations to learn what they love most about Berea and help connect their philanthropic interests with the College’s needs. She is also steering the Descendants Initiative, which is a new focus to engage with descendants of Berea Alums intentionally.

Kayse is a native of Corbin, Kentucky, and resides there with her Australian Shephard, Tristan. In her leisure time, Kayse loves to ride her bikes on a trail in the mountains or on a windy road.
