Born and raised in Timisoara, Romania, Andreea came to Berea as an international student in 2015. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2019. While at Berea College, Andreea was able to pursue her passions in business development, marketing, graphic design, and social entrepreneurship. Driven by a desire to give back to the institution that provided her the opportunity of a lifetime, Andreea joined the College staff in 2019 as a Labor Program Training Associate, following her graduation. As of February 2022, Andreea is thrilled to be the Associate Director of Digital Annual Giving in the Berea Fund area, where she assists in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Berea's comprehensive annual giving program, with an emphasis on all components of digital campaigns to acquire new donors and steward current donors. Andreea's main focus is on current best practices and new emerging fundraising technologies including online giving functionality, email solicitations, stewardship outreach, social media, text messaging, and crowdfunding.
