Anna Brookshire currently serves as the Philanthropy Project Services Coordinator at Berea College. She joined the staff of Berea’s Alumni, Communications, and Philanthropy Office in 2021.

A native of Virginia, Anna graduated from Berea College in 2007 with a B.A. in Communication. As a student, Anna worked for Public Relations, where she led historic campus tours, wrote news releases, and helped research articles for the magazine. She was a contributing writer to the Fall 2006 edition of the Berea College Magazine. Anna served as the Administrative Assistant for Berea College Admissions and Campus Visits for several years before starting a home cleaning business.

Anna has three children, Benjamin, Daniel, and Ella Grace, and resides in an energy-efficient home close to Berea. The family enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors.
