All current grantees must submit a grant report on the use of the current year’s funds <em>before</em> another grant application is considered. The deadline for reports on 2024 standard grants coincides with the 2025 grant proposal deadline: 11:59pm, Monday, October 14, 2024. Reports must be submitted on the Grant Report Webform.

All Folk Arts and Cultures grantees awarded funds in 2023 must submit an interim grant report on the use of their funds <em>before</em> another grant application is considered or before they can access funds reserved for subsequent years. The deadline for interim reports on grants awarded in 2023 is set for 11:59pm, Thursday, April 25, 2024, with final reports due by 11:59pm, July 15, 2024. Reports must be submitted on the Grant Report Webform.
