Flexible Spending Account

The Flexible Spending Account is available to benefits-eligible Berea College employees who elect one of our PPO Health Plans or no plan at all. It allows the employee to payroll deduct tax-free money and place it into an account for qualified medical, dental and vision expenses. The Contribution Limit is determined by the IRS each year. The amount elected will be broken up over an employee’s paychecks in the July to June Plan Year. Refer to the video below if you have any questions.
