Employee Rental Properties

Berea College has a limited number of houses and apartments which are rented to full-time College Faculty and Staff on a temporary basis. All housing is unfurnished; some Kettering Apartments may have limited furnishings.

The College’s rental inventory includes houses, townhouses, duplexes and apartments. For current availability, contact the Rental Property Coordinator or submit the housing request form. Berea College rental properties are intended to assist in the relocation of incoming employees and are intended as “transitional housing” only. Every effort is made to keep the properties in good working condition but, generally, they are very modest accommodations. We ask that prospective tenants make every effort to see the interior/exterior of the unit prior to occupancy.
