For a direct deposit form, please stop by the Labor Program Office located in the Hafer-Gibson Building. Please bring a documentation associated with your bank that contains your full routing and account number. To fill out a digital direct deposit form, please send us an email at labor_program@berea.edu. Please keep in mind that you will need to attach a document associated with your bank that contains your full routing and account number.
