Originally from Muhlenberg County in Western Kentucky, Alivia came to Berea in the
summer of 2019 as a student to study art. While at Berea, she worked in the college’s
Special Collections and Archives helping with research and preserve the history of Berea
College and the town.
After graduating in May of 2023, Alivia worked with the Berea College Farm before
eventually entering the Labor Program Office as a member of BereaCorps. You can often
find Alivia in the front of the Labor Office handling general inquiries, but she also works with
students to help them find summer jobs as a part of the Off-Campus Summer Labor
Experience Program, among other things.
In her off-time, Alivia likes spending time with her dog, Henry.
