During her time at Berea college, she had the privilege of working in a wide variety of Labor
positions on campus, including janitorial positions and T.A. positions. However, she found
her home working as a writing consultant and later as a website manager for Writing
Resources within the Center for Teaching and Learning. Her firsthand experiences of the
amazing impact of the labor program brought her to work at the labor program office as a
BereaCorps after graduating. She continues to work in the Labor Program Office as a
Training Development and Engagement Coordinator and is passionate about providing
meaningful and engaging learning opportunities to campus.
In her free time, she works as a freelance illustrator and designer and teaches workshops
at Berea Makerspace.
