Seabury
Residence Hall
Seabury Hall houses approximately 52 upper-division residents on two residential floors. Each floor has primarily double occupancy rooms, access to a study space, and a shared restroom. The facility provides elevator access to all floors, building wide air-conditioning, and internet services in each room. A full kitchen is located in the basement, and laundry facilities can be found in the basement area as well.
Seabury residence was built in 1959, renovated in 2017 and has a modern aesthetic. Students can enjoy seating on the back patio, and use the wooden swings and the gazebo in the front yard. The hall is also in great proximity to main campus buildings - a 3-5 minute walk to the Alumni, Woods Penn and Fairchild and Marketing Buildings. The hall is also just steps away from the College Square providing easy access to Boone Tavern, the college Visitor Center & Shop, Log House Craft Gallery and more. A live-in professional staff is not within the residence hall, but lives nearby to help meet the needs of each resident and promote and participate in the thriving hall community.
The hall currently has 24/7 visitation, and is anticipated to house a GIH and female Community.
