What is one thing you wish you had known when you first started college?
“One thing I wish I had known when I first started college is that hanging out is absolutely fun but it is not fun when you have to burn the midnight oil to finish your homework. It’s truly a sham lol.”
If you had to pick three words to describe yourself, what would they be?
“Three words that describe me would be energetic, funny, and caring. I chose energetic because I am literally a ball of nervous, excitable energy which is best used whenever I am able to meet and connect with new people. I chose funny in large part because I love to laugh and it never hurts that I can definitely make a joke or two. Lastly, I chose caring because I am someone who enjoys to be around others and I make sure that I am attentive to those I interact with as I never want anyone to feel left out or unwelcomed.”
What is your favorite spot on campus?
“My favorite place on campus is the quad because of how beautiful it is throughout the seasons as well as I like to take walks around campus to stop and enjoy the scenery.”
What is one quote you live by?
One quote that I live by is from one of my advisors during my time at Berea and it is that “you can only do the best that you can do and that’s okay.”
