Relationship of High-Impact Activities to Retention and Graduation

This report compares the participation rates of various groups of Berea College students in high-impact activities (academic activities, athletics, performance arts, communication department activities, and service activities through CELTS) and how their participation relates to retention and graduation rates.  It also includes high school preparation data and first-year college GPA. The report includes breakdowns of first-year and transfer students and further breakdowns by assigned birth sex, cohort type, and Appalachian status. The latest report was published in September 2024.
