My name is Shelby! I am graduating in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. I am a Research Associate in the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, and have worked in the office throughout my three years at Berea. I love the opportunities this position has given me to learn more in depth about the college and some of the inner-workings of higher education.

Hi, I’m Beverly Musompo, an international student from Zambia pursuing a dual major in Psychology and Business Management. I anticipate graduating in the Spring of 2025. Currently, I’m serving as the Office Manager and in my time with IRA, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to several campus initiatives. My involvement in these projects has deepened my understanding and appreciation for Berea College’s unique educational model.

Hello, my name is Ariana Meatchem. I work as a Research Assistant in Institutional Research and Assessment and I currently double major in Computer Science and Psychology. My intended graduation date is May 2026. I like working at the OIRA because it gives me the chance to work on a team while also being able to use problem solving skills to get work results that benefit whoever sits on the receiving end of our work.
