Biography

  • Farmer. Oles Family Farm and Promised Land CSA, a 250 member Community Supported Agriculture farm supplying vegetables and meats to the greater Buffalo, NY, region year-round. 2011-2015.
  • Farmer. The Wholesome Agrarian, a farm enterprise raising “organic” produce and livestock for the Haywood County region of North Carolina. 2009-2011.
