Emily Emberton began her career journey in 2023 as a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, driven by a passion for ensuring fair treatment and satisfaction in the workplace. Originally from Michigan, Emily laid the groundwork for her career with a Bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!), followed by a Master's degree from Eastern Illinois University. Beyond her professional pursuits, Emily finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys unwinding with a cup of coffee, caring for her houseplants (despite some occasional mishaps!), and rooting for her favorite football team, the Detroit Lions. Emily brings a balanced blend of professionalism and personal warmth to her role, embodying values of integrity, empathy, and dedication in all that she does.
