My name is Tessa Riley. I graduated from Berea College with a Bachelor's degree in 2015 and obtained my Master's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2016. I began working in Human Resources at the College in 2019 as an HR Collegiate Partner. Over the years, I have held several roles within our department and now serve as an HR Business Partner. I have my Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and enjoy growing in my career in HR. I support several departments: Operations, Finance, Student Life, Labor Program, and Faculty.

As an HR Business Partner, I responsible for several functions including recruitment, DEI, employee engagement, employee relations, and talent acquisition.

I reside in Berea with my husband, Koty, and our beautiful three children, Blakely, London, and Lincoln.
